I don't think they are...Wikipedia describes them as "On again, off again." I don't think they've been together for a while. Not since she's been The Oracle. :shrug: or should I say, since Alan Moore made the joker shoots her because he wanted to write a Judge Dredd story and DC said "No." :XD:
